Lynn Williams — Director of Business Development

Lynn’s management and business development skills are unequaled — a successful career evolving and leading local companies and their customers to record-breaking triumphs is a testament to her insight and devotion to her work. Her work at another large HR outsourcing and PEO firm in Hawaii, in lending, and in finance over the last decade make her a critical addition to the HiHR team. Lynn is also affiliated with a number of local professional and community organizations, including the Honoulu Chamber of Commerce, Wahine in Hawaii Business, and the Hawaii Kai Chamber of Commerce, for whom Lynn serves as Secretary.

Jared Furusho — Business Development Manager

Jared Furusho manages Business Development at Hawaii Human Resources with the knowledge, capability, and a strong network of relationships built on years of experience and success with local companies as a business development manager and real estate executive. He consistently exceeds expectations and goals and is an invaluable asset to our operations and our clients alike. Jared is a member of the Rotary Club of Honolulu, Alaka‘i Networking Roundtable, and the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce.

Ka‘ili Honbo — Business Development Manager

‘ Honbo brings more than ten years of development experience to Hawaii Human Resources. She holds a BA in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University, is a Licensed Insurance Producer in the State of Hawaii, and has worked in Honolulu, Chicago, and Washington State. Ka‘ili is a part of a large number of volunteer organizations—the Holy Family Care Home Companionship Program, Philippine Medical Association of Hawaii, and the YMCA just to name a few—and enjoys surfing and volleyball.

Glennel Warren — Business Consultant

Glennel Warren’s meticulous attention to the situations and needs of her clients makes her an indispensable addition to the team at HiHR. Glennel has years of experience as a registered representative for the some of the nation’s most respected financial companies, and her knowledge of life insurance, long-term care insurance, and disability insurance is matched by her familiarity with investments, retirement planning, and employee benefits. With an MBA Cum Laude and a BSBA from Hawaii Pacific University, has a special knack for understanding the unique needs and wants of the local community and is dedicated to assisting them with their financial matters here in Oahu, especially on the North Shore. Glennel is a resident of the North Shore and spends her free time surfing and donating her time to non-profits such as Surfrider Foundation and the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. She also spends some of her free time free-diving, swimming and hiking.

Elsa Agdinaoay-Segal — Business Consultant

Maui-born Elsa Agdinaoay-Segal has been working in Human Resources and Business Management for over eight years. Her special knowledge of insurance, retirement, and financial planning coupled with a focus on serving small businesses and individuals on the North Shore of Oahu and in Central Maui give her a uniquely local and diversively knowledgeable approach to serving our customers. She is the Co-Founder and Business Mentor for North Shore’s Business Network International, a Board Member of the Hawaii Kai Chamber of Commerce, volunteers with the North Shore Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Social Wahines. Elsa also enjoys traveling, snowboarding, stand-up paddling, and cooking.
