As a point person for key accounts, Christy offers support and direction for any and all Human Resource functions; expertly advising clients on Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Training and beyond.

Valentina Haberman — Office Manager and Operations Support

A communications and operations dynamo, Valentina wears many hats at Hawaii Human Resources. From managing projects, vendors, internal logistics and technology to providing diligent and expert support for the HiHR client relations team, her remarkable drive and focus keep the office running at maximum efficiency. A graduate of the MBA program at Chaminade University, this local girl brings remarkable business savvy and tested Hawaii insight to clients and colleagues alike.

Tom Cummiskey — Client Relations

Tom comes to HiHR with nearly 20 years of accounting and HR experience. Merging a background in finance with a decade of Human Resource experience, Tom bridges a vital threshold in many client companies - providing invaluable insight and direction as both a strategic resource and a day-to-day tactical sounding board. Responsible for many key accounts, Tom meticulously manages payroll, benefits and accounting functions.

Sandra McAuliffe — Client and Community Relations

Overseeing Hilo operations, Sandra services HiHR’s Big Island clientele. From Kailua Kona to Hilo and everywhere between, Sandra and the Big Island staff are committed to not only delivering unmatched customer service and value to our customers on Hawaii, but also to The Hawaii Group ideal of service and goodwill. A licensed professional with nearly a decade of experience at one of the nation’s largest insurance providers, Dana provides educated business, insurance and HR support to HiHR clients on Oahu.
